A quality security program is initiated from the top and flows through the ranks. Silicon Valley Security and Patrol will properly supervise all personnel. Supervisors are fully trained in all security matters pertaining to client locations and are directly responsible for the security officers within their respective districts. Supervisors and Security Officers are kept informed of client requirements through frequent meetings and regular memorandums. Spot inspections are conducted on a regular basis, they are unscheduled as well as unannounced.
Patrol Service
Patrol is the basis for many security programs. These property checks are done to make visual inspections on equipment, material, or personnel at odd hours. Many other problems may arise and go undetected during the normal day to day business operations. Employee theft, substance abuse, and fraud are a difficult reality that can occur during non-business hours. Patrol Officers are trained to report any suspicious night activity such as trespassing, vandalism, lights out, etc... Patrol and inspection services creates an awareness among employees that will pay off for the company in the long run. Moreover, we have a Global Positioning system that is updated and checked nightly to ensure our patrol drivers are where they say there are, when they say they are there.
Alarm Response
The clients central alarm monitoring station can be instructed to call Silicon Valley Security and Patrol instead of the client or the police. Trained patrol officers familiar with the location respond to and determine the need for police and or client notification. This process is cost effective and eliminates the possibility of suspension of police response due to repeated false alarms.
